🚀 Looking for an opportunity to put your Human Resources knowledge and experience into practice?
At Grup L’Home del Sac, we are looking for a Human Resources Professional to join our team starting in July.
This position has been created to cover a temporary replacement, with an expected start date in July. There is the possibility of continuing within the company once the replacement period has ended.
Whether you already have experience in Human Resources or have recently completed your studies (or are about to), we would love to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities
🎯 Manage recruitment processes from start to finish: defining profiles, posting job offers, screening applications, conducting interviews, and following up on new hires.
📚 Coordinate internal and external training activities.
📋 Manage the department’s administrative processes: contracts, employee onboarding and offboarding, absence tracking, holidays, incidents, and employment documentation.
🦺 Manage workplace accidents and procedures related to the CASS.
💰 Participate in payroll preparation and follow-up, including collecting and managing payroll-related incidents.
🚀 Collaborate on strategic department projects, including people-related initiatives, talent development, and the continuous improvement of the organisation.
What You'll Bring
🔹 Valid work permit or Andorran nationality.
🔹 University degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
🔹 Previous experience in Human Resources or similar roles will be valued.
🔹 We will also consider applications from recent graduates or candidates who are about to complete their studies.
🔹 Knowledge of Andorran labour legislation will be considered an asset.
🔹 Strong communication skills, empathy, and a people-oriented mindset.
🔹 Organisational skills, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a team.
🔹 Fluency in Catalan and Spanish.
🔹 Other languages and complementary training in Human Resources will be valued.
