We’re looking for an Occupational Health and Safety Technician to join our team.

 

We want someone proactive, with good judgement and eager to be close to the teams, capable of combining the technical and documentary aspects with day-to-day work on the ground. Someone who will help us not only comply with regulations but, above all, ensure that working safely becomes part of the way we operate.

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess the risks of the various workplaces
  • Carry out safety visits and inspections and identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and keep risk assessments and preventive planning up to date.
  • Propose preventive and corrective measures and follow up on them.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents and help us prevent them from happening again.
  • Manage the documentation related to occupational health and safety.
  • Deliver or coordinate health and safety training.
  • Advise and support the various teams on prevention matters.
  • Actively contribute to improving the company’s procedures and safety culture.
  • Ensure compliance with current occupational health and safety regulations.

What You'll Bring

  • Training in Occupational Risk Prevention, Safety and Health at Work or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Solid and up-to-date knowledge of Andorran regulations on occupational health and safety and the prevention of occupational risks.
  • Experience in the practical application of regulations and preventive procedures.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Ability to organise, plan and work independently.
  • A proactive, resourceful person with an easy ability to communicate with a variety of professional profiles.
  • Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.

What We Offer

 

We are looking for someone who wants to join our team on a stable, long-term project.

Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Opening hours: 8:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 18:00.
Immediate start.
